Board-certified internal medicine physician Perry Weisman, MD, and his experienced medical team provide reliable occupational health evaluations, including Department of Transportation–compliant pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and other job-related medical screenings. What Employers & Employees Should Expect
WiseCare Urgent Care works closely with employers to ensure smooth, efficient occupational health visits. Employers are encouraged to have their employees complete required documentation in advance.
Employer Authorization
Employers should complete the compulsory Employer Authorization Form and send it with their employee to the WiseCare Urgent Care location in Pasadena or Millersville. Employers are also encouraged to call ahead so the medical team can prepare for any specific testing needs.
